Elegant Ruth's Chris sits in the heart of Minneapolis and seduces diners with incredibly tender steaks, including huge slabs of beef prepared with butter for mouthwatering richness. Among the more popular cuts are a porterhouse for two, a cowboy rib-eye, and a petite filet served with New Orleans-style shrimp.
